The making of a wedding cake involves a lot of one thing: mess
But, from the mess comes some of the most delicious Red Velvet that you could ever taste.
When the batter looks like the colour of love, you know it's ready.
One you have the cake, then all you need to do is put it together! And VOILA!! One simple and beautiful red velvet cake for Dave & Kady's amazingly fancy wedding. They had a candy bar, and an ACTUAL bar. It was the best of both worlds.
I was SO happy with the results, and I love the idea of less is more!
