So far today, I have taken 12 pills and 60 drops of something or other - and I did it all in the name of Detox.
I ate some oatmeal for breakfast, with a yummy side of pills and tainted water. As soon as the pills entered my mouth, I knew there was no turning back (mostly because I couldn't return it at this point). I stuck with the diet all day, and even spent $6 on bottled water because I forgot to bring mine with me. Grand.
Lunch was brussel sprouts and curry chicken. It was great...seriously. Then later I had some cabbage -- just cabbage, cut up. YUM! Then for dinner I had more pills as an appetizer, followed by cabbage rolls and a salad. I made these cabbage rolls with the help of bf the other night, and they turned out fantastic.
First, we cooked up some extra lean ground beef, about 6 servings of brown rice, and added in 4 tomatoes, onions, and an egg. This took a while to cook, but it was a necessary part of the cabbage roll equation.

So we boiled up a big pot of water, and dropped in a head of cabbage. This was not as easy as Google said it was going to be, because when we tried to tear off the leaves, they basically crumbled in our hands. We boiled them anyways and did the best we could to make them "roll-like".

So then we put them all (wedged them all) in a casserole dish and baked them, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 mins. They held together wonderfully, and have been a great go-to for lunches or dinner. We kept the salt and pepper to a medium, and Google said to add parsley too, so we did.
Drank a ton of water, but the only exercise I got today was walking too and from bus and skytrain terminals. 10 minutes in total.
Am I skinny yet?
