FUN-Gems: Homemade, Stylish and One-of-a-kind.

When I was in high school, there was a girl in front of me in math class who asked me if I'd like to go "beer-bogganing" after school on Friday - That was that, gone was my innocence and friday nights of watching TGIF (don't laugh, you watched it too).  We talked all the time, went to prom together once and passed as many notes (that filled every square of a sheet of graph paper) during, after and in between classes.  

Tasha Fung and I have been friends ever since then, and I still have all those notes that I will one day pass on to my teenage daughter so she knows I wasn't born a mother.  Most recently, when I left for Vancouver, Tasha gave me a necklace as my going away gift that she had made herself -- It was super cute!! She was definitely onto something, and handed me her adorable little business card.   Her last name had been turned into a business! FUN-Gems was born and I was happy to be wearing it!  I thought I would put up some of her work, for anyone interested in some handmade, original jewellery.  She can customize pieces and also works with Swarovski - and if you don't live near T-Dot but still want to order - just ask! She won't bite!
